In April, the girls did a number of activities at daycare during parent appreciation week. One of the things they did was make us stationery by applying green fingerpaint and glitter to some good heavy paper stock. We decided to put it up on our refrigerator as the first artwork they’ve given us.
I took this picture of their work on the dining table. We think they have distinctive styles. Can you tell who did which one?
I would say the left is Eleanor and the right is Miranda, however, you guys always put Miranda on the left in your pictures for the photos of the month, so there may have been a subconcious effort here.
I think that Miranda is more introverted and made rounder strokes and a smaller area, much like how she scratches the top of the stool. The other drawing has broader strokes and a bolder approach, which leads me to believe it is Eleanor.
Now I could be totally wrong, but that is my guess.
Shane thinks that the left one is Miranda, and the right one is Eleanor, while I think the opposite. Shane also said the picture may be consistent with the way you post pictures of the 2 of them together…Miranda on the left, and Eleanor on the right. What’s the answer?:D
