Taco Night

This month was when we first introduced the kids to tacos. Ortega sells a taco kit that comes with taco shells, salsa, and taco meat seasoning that isn't the least bit spicy. The kids like assembling their own tacos (meat and cheese--no lettuce or tomatoes) and eating them with some extra tortilla chips. It's one of few meals that Eleanor will eat without cajoling.
