Eleanor on Miranda's Neck

Even though it looks like Eleanor has Miranda pinned to the ground with her hand on Miranda's neck, I don't really believe that was what was happening. I'm sure Eleanor was just trying to get somewhere and Miranda happened to be on the ground in front of her.
