The Neurology residents all got together and bought two car seats for us. These car seats were the biggest thing we had remaining on our shopping list before the babies come. They're pretty nice with built-in head supports (though we may need to put in additional supports in the beginning), and a base that adjusts to ensure the seat is level. We've been told that it is easy to put a seat in the car incorrectly, but these seem pretty straightforward.
